Wetland Plants Sticker

$1.00

The illustration captures a wetland community: pitcher plants, coneflowers and seed heads bobbing among the grasses and a small blue butterfly mid-flight. It’s a quiet study of some of the plants that make our region’s bogs and fens some of the rarest, most distinctive habitats we protect.

Description

This sticker began as a pen-and-ink illustration in the Winter 1968 issue of the ACRES Quarterly. More than 55 years later, the original artwork has come to life with watercolor, giving new color and warmth to a piece that has quietly waited in our archives since the earliest days of the land trust.
